How can I see a log of what has been happening in my transfers?

Solution

This has a list of frequently asked questions, or frequent issues we see users have with MediaTransfer... A very useful tool when troubleshooting is to tap the (i) button on the bottom of the screen of your iPad or iPhone.

 

This brings up the Log which has more detail about what has happened during transfers.

 

If you are having issues, start at the top of the list and work your way down. (Most people do not need to go past #1)

 

Telling MediaTransfer how many days worth of logs to keep.

MediaTransfer also keeps a log of the last 200 events in it's log, however you can select how many days worth of information to keep by sliding the slider in the database section.
