General Settings

The general setting is TokenLock allow you to choose whether TokenLock automatically runs at startup (recommended) as well as how to lock your Mac.

By default, TokenLock locks your Mac by starting the screen saver and also setting the screen saver preferences to lock your mac immediately that the screen saver starts. This is the recommended setting to use.

If you do not want to use the Screen Saver to lock your mac, you may select the option of locking using the System Lock function. Note that in certain circumstances this may cause you to have to enter your password twice to unlock your Mac. We suggest you use the Screen Saver option if you have issues with the System Lock.

If you experience problems with TokenLock we may ask you to check the Detailed Logging checkbox. This will cause TokenLock to write more information to the OSX console.
